		<description><![CDATA[my first thoughts where basking shark, its not very clear but the dorsal fin looks to be the wrong shape plus the 2nd dorsal fin looks to be above the water as much as the tail in some points which is odd as I would expect the tail to consistantly be much higher. It also appears to be bobbing about with the tide rather than a creature moving though the water.]]></description>

I think CDC is the closest -the more I watch it, the more it looks like three people in the water trying to put on a sea serpent shape, with the one on the far left holding his arm up as the neck.
