personally it seems a bit too similar to the infamous made for tv "sci-fi original" flicks to really pique my interest. the most glaring issues are the incorrect uniforms and weapons i.e the "chocolate chip" desert camouflage BDUs, which the US military stopped using sometime back in the early or mid 1990s, but i'm one of those people who dwells on details like that.

It is well shot and directed. Need to change out that World War II tank (one of the very early short-barreled T-34's, I think, before they got the 85mm guns around 1943 - Not even Iraqi army still had those antiques) and standardize some uniform items, but that's a quibble at this point. Very nice model and stop-motion work, and it's a good move to keep the critter's size close to believable. THe trailer reminded me of the low-budget but wonderfully atmospheric horror film The Burrowers. Good luck with it!
