I can see that. He was always wondering about what lies at the edges of the known, with his investigation of the afterlife and his obsession with fairies.

He reveled in the fact that life is full of mysteries, some to be explained, others admittedly unexplainable, buy still to be explored.

His horror story “The Horror of the Heights”, has cryptids of his own creation to be found in that newest frontier- the stratosphere. He was aware that the world was a big place populated with strange things…
