Britain’s Telegraph newspaper reports…
“Two dog walkers claim to have spotted a lion stalking a housing estate in Bedford. The women reported seeing the ‘orange and brown’ beast prowling around the residential area. However, while Essex police mounted a full-scale lion hunt this summer following claims of a wild animal on the loose, the Bedfordshire force is taking a more sceptical approach.”
Are we about to see a repeat of the “Essex Lion” farce of a couple of months ago? Let’s hope not…

“Orange” lion? This is another domestic cat seen by a very impressionable witness…
volmar- You know this for certain how exactly ?
marcodufour: There are no “orange” lions. There are orange domestic cats, however. Quite simple, right?
Volmar: the article stated orange and brown in fact, hey maybe it is even a Liger?
marcodufour: Brown is ok. Orange is impossible. Either the witness does not know the colors, or it couldn’t be a lion.
