Using a polygraph to determine truth or error is akin to examining tea leaves and chicken entrails to portend the future. It is utter nonsense. The real issue that has not been reconciled is that Mr. Smeja claims to have shot the creature from the back and then he has said he shot it from the front. Unless he has the ability to bilocate, I don’t understand how that could possibly have happened. Since there is zero physical evidence from this so-called shooting, this is just a story and as we all know stories can be non-fictional and fictional. That’s all this is. It’s a story without a shred of proof.

Until he produces tangible evidence that was documented in full – i.e. as if it were received and collected as in a police investigation – this is a story that requires an enormous amount of proof and so far no proof has been forth coming. As Carl Sagan used to say: Extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof and Mr. Smeja’s proof to this point has been sorely lacking.
