Echoing what John just said, this documentary and the book are what made me a believer of sasquatch long after I gave up on other cryptids. My belief in sasquatch has greatly diminished since then but “Sasquatch: Legend meets Science” has helped to at least maintain my curiosity and hopefulness.

This is the documentary that changed my opinion of the Patterson-Gimlin film, and firmly established my position of cautious optimism about the existence of bigfoot.

I’ve seen this documentary many times, one of my favorites. However the one problem I have is the part that Dr. Esteban Sarmiento was examining the skookum cast.

He’s got the spectacles, black light, etc and is looking for hair…and hey that’s great, but not when you got a mop of hair that is dangling into to the casting and dragging all over it…geesh! Hate to see this guy cooking in a restaurant

What kills me is ya got Dr. Meldrum watching him doing this and doesn’t say a word…all the degrees these guys have and no one says “how bout a hair net before you dive in there?”

Then he proclaims ” oh I’ve found a human hair” what a shock, doc.

Who are the people that are offering 10 million dollar for hard proof Sasquatch is real?
