If the “creature” is too blurry to identify why lead with the speculation that it may be something that has not been proven to exist? If it makes sense to narrow down the identity by giving the non-existant the same possibility as the existing why not speculate that it may be a t-rex?

The first film could only be more unconvincing if it started dancing.The text with it claims that in all the centuries of rumours nobody ever saw one before! What rumours and why not?The second one would need more than a fleeting glimpse of a fur coat to be credible.
The old regime collapsed years ago and all that has emerged since is this? Sad.

Hoaxes or mis-identification would be my guesses. The only words I could personally make out were from the guys on the mountain who swear a couple times. Those are first words you learn from a friend who speaks another language but wanting to get a gist of how natural the language was I consulted with this friend who speaks Polish and this was his take on the two recent videos out of Poland….

“the one of the girl and bf is total crap… even their lines in polish sound fake – nobody talks like that…… the guys on the mountain are super believable…. I guess they only see it through zoom – so they both switch off which is why the camera shakes…”

One of the first things i noticed about the article and the video is this:

While Justyna paddles for her boyfriend’s camera, a shadowy hulk can be seen creeping through the undergrowth on the other side of the river bank.

“I wandered into the river for a dip when I realised that something was on the opposite shore,” Justyna told Poland’s Super Express newspaper.

But the camera seems to rotate around instead of focusing on anything behind the girl.

Hmmm. Well, it’s short.

It also wouldn’t be the first time that we’ve heard of a primate attracted to human females (one commenter mentioned orangs, which have shown a sexual affinity for human females).

That said, this is rather little to go on, as far as evidence. I, too, am impressed by the fur detail I can see, but the clip is very short. I’d love to interview the witnesses though.

This new Polish "Yeti" video makes the previous one even more suspect. Why the same amount of camera shake in both videos? Why does the filming just stop when the creature appears? Why was the exact same language used to describe two separate incidents (“But because the camera shakes so much it is difficult to say what it is exactly. We need to go to the site and see what traces, if any, were left.”)? Why were both incidents reported to the same paranormal group? Why the B-movie bad acting? The Nautilus Foundation does exist and does have an interesting looking website (unfortunately, it's in Polish only). I think both videos are part of a summer hoax that was presented to them and they're just trying to get some mileage out of it.
