So, Loren, are you vegan or vegetarian? Anyway… next time you are in Texas, I promise I’ll make a point of dragging out some bbq seitan (if you don’t do dairy, we can even cook up a vegan creamed corn on the side!). BBQing is such a big part of Texas life, even for the vegans (I think its due in part to the year round warm weather that makes outdoor cooking so easy), I can’t stand the thought of you missing out on it.

Shoot… we could even drag out a hibachi grill and do some bbq baby artichokes and seitan/tempeh kebabs and have a good ole time!

Your presentation at the Texas Conference was great, I have to say I agree with you. If they want you to appear or need your expertises in a documentary by god they should pay. If the B.S.ers make money at it, why not someone that is honest and truthful. It was good to meet you, and I hope you have a safe trip back home. By the way, remember the Gigantopithecus blacki I won, I told everyone my wife would want to take it to school with her.
