		<description>Safety precautions were not present on this bridge when the event happened and not for a long while afterward. You can still search Pomeroy on google and go to the street level and see the bridge under construction but not closed off. Anyone could walk or drive right onto the bridge. The picture you see was taken after Jerry died, to the right of the bridge is a wreath put up after his death.
