I know how much Loren loves crypto names in association with mysterious events. Notice that the last name of the boy is Hobbs, a variation of an old name for the devil - Hobs. As well, I grew up in this area and there is a town right next to Tipton also called Hobbs. The area always had a reputation for UFO sightings and “lovers lane” creature sightings.

Sounds like some sort of mountain lion or puma, who knows. I also like the older articles because they tell us what has happened in the past, which is just as, if not more, important than the present.

On Aug. 24 Loren said he will be on the road for the next few days and will have archival items to be posted. Loren posted he would be away on the “Dueling Mothman” post. Anyway, I thought this was an interesting post. Informative, to say the least. Even if it was in 1930.
