I think glendoor42 hit it right on the head. It definetly looks like a balloon floating away against the skyline. It moves at about the same speed.

Sorry that I missed that C2C broadcast! Dang. As regards the video, there’s no denying the apparently genuine fear on the part of the young policeman. The thing sure does look like a balloon in that video footage though. The flight characteristics don’t look even remotely avian to me. I’ve never seen a condor flying in real life; but in their natural environments I have seen a golden eagle in flight, a very large red tailed hawk lifting off the ground with an enormous California king snake in its talons, and numerous ospreys in flight, with and without any prey in their grasp. This really looks to me like some sort of LTA craft, either driven along with an air current, or under it’s own power somehow. But I’d be willing to bet money that it’s no bird.

At one of my kids birthday parties we had a considerable amount of helium left. Some of the fathers and myself decide to fill some large garbage bags with the left over helium. The flying garbage bags looked incredibly like the flying witch in the first video.

It looks like a drone machine of some kind by the way it moves. I saw a video of a “ufo” that was a vertical cylinder and it moved the same way. Maybe some wise acre tech- head dressed this one up with a witch mask and hat to get a few laughs on the locals.

I’ve seen this before I believe there is a translated version floating around youtube as well. I don’t think it’s a bird gliding and using air pockets for lift so they don’t need to flap their wings or anything like that. The shape is weird but I once noticed a comment on youtube from someone suggesting that it was actually something similar to a ski lift that was taking people up and down those mountains. Giving them a scenic view you know? I can’t see a wire in the film but the way the light was shining it might be hard to see. I’m not saying that it is a lift of some sort, sometimes it does seem unlikely. But it’s just an idea and I have seen other videos of these flying humanoids where you can see a wire and the lift theory seems far more plausible. Just something to consider.

I do love the X-Files music in the background either way
