Wow- just checked out the line up from “Rock Ness”, wish I was there! But I wish even more I was at the “Sasquatch” music festival in George , Washington over memorial day weekend. Arcade Fire, the Beastie Boys, Interpol…I love these cryptid themed music fests!

If I recall correctly there was at least one bounty put on BF but due to ’safety issues’ the bounty was rescinded.

Has anyone seen the movie ‘Silver Bullet’ where, seemingly, all the men in the small town of Tarkers Mills go into the woods to hunt whatever is killing the townspeople? That was all in the name of ‘private justice’ but I figure most people imagine a scene like this when they think of a bounty on BF.

A good quote from the movie comes when one of the main characters finds the baseball bat (dubbed ‘The Peacemaker’) used by the creature to kill someone in the aforementioned scene. ‘It looks like Bigfoot used it for a toothpick’.

DWA- A good photo of an otter being made out to be huge by refracted heat waves would be something to see. That would be just as interesting and surprising to see as any photo of a real critter, I’d say.

Yea what about a Big Chunka Change for ol’ BF. Is anyone putting out anything for this creature?

Might get some good results if someone did. Bounty for Bigfoot, hmmm.

Wonder what would happen if William Hill put a million-pound bounty on Bigfoot or the yeti.

Just a thought, if (prediction here) no one collects on Nessie.

Big problem looming, though. With no one having decided what Nessie is, what counts? Would a big fish count? A line of touring, conga-dancing otters? Inquiring minds want to know!

That is one elusive creature, but then again that is one huge lake, I’ve heard it’s a very murky dark body of water.
