		<description><![CDATA[I must say that although I have found this series of articles very good, i think this is the weakest so far. Perhaps this is because it is making a positive claim (it is inherently so much easier to disprove a footprint than to show that it should be accepted as valid)- but I need to have more info (perhaps I need to follow up his references- if only I had the time...) before I&#039;m going to feel comfortable with accepting these prints.

The_Carrot- it seems to me that people have always vastly over-estimated the population. I can&#039;t see BF having a population much higher than for mountain gorillas- the low thousands at most.
