Wonderful, touching tribute. As someone who shares his faith as well as his passion for unknown critters (though perhaps not his adventurous streak), I cant help but feel sadness at his departure at the tender age of 43. I've been allowed to tread this earth for ten years longer than Scott, and it is my hope that before I go to my eternal reward, I'll witness the day that the living dinos that Scott Norman so zealously sought may finally be brought to light.

I think THAT would be a fitting final tribute, and a crown to the legacy that Mr. Norman left behind.

I have no patience for people who make a living performing "tricks" turning to debunking credible research.

But I digress...

Your memory lives on, Scott. RIP.

I remember the Penn & Teller episode and the post you did on it. That was some brutal stuff Norman went through. Does not surprise me. Penn & Teller are more "pseudo-skeptics," (i.e., debunkers) than true skeptics.
Too bad.
Somewhat talented magicians---but that's it.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to Bill Gibbons's book on Mokele-mbembe and Scott's contribution to it. Keep on looking, Scott, as Loren said. :)

One can feel sorry that Scott won't see anything he suspected confirmed.

But then again...we don't really know that, do we...?

Sometimes I think the searchers have already found what they are looking for. Hey. How bad would it have been for you to be Scott Norman?
