Villagers were rounded up who had seen the creature. They were sequestered from each other (wouldn't want anyone comparing notes) , and then paraded past a WWF wildlife artist to provide descriptions. Apparently the uncanny resemblances among all these descriptions - for an animal that doesn't exist - recalled what many of us have noted for eyewitness descriptions we've read of the sasquatch.
