No arms? I guess it was more orca like. If the mermaid isn’t a whale type or fish type, then it’s a unknown aquatic animal. As I take it, other mermaid/man has many descriptions. Maybe they all hybrid with other mermaids/man. I’m guessing the whale wanted to eat the mermaid. Therefore what ever whale this man saw eats mermaids. Now we know some or all whales eat mermaids. XD He didn’t give us which whale it was. He probably saw an unknown type of whale or known by fossil or modern living ones.
