		<description><![CDATA[Very interesting account.  Based on the description of the sounds heard and the deer carcass, it certainly indicates the presence of a mountain lion, but combined with the description given by Officer Murphy, could we be looking at two different animals involved in a tussle over the carcass?  One the mountain lion, the other a possible bipedal Mystery?  That might explain the apparently highly irritated noises from the mountain lion....Great story!]]></description>

I&#039;ve driven across the Golden Gate Bridge thousands of times over the years and everytime I do I&#039;m struck by the contrast in lanscapes with the dense population of San Francisco behind me, the closely spaced communities along the edge of the bay in front of me and off to the side and everywhere else the vast unknown. Marin County especially presents a kind of habitat that exudes the kind of appeal one would think any member of the genus Homo would find appealling...though the poison oak is b*tch.]]></description>
