Thanks, dogu4, I appreciate that, but I won’t be able to do that for a couple months. I, of course, have to buy author’s copies, and that might not be possible right away.

I know what I can do…after anyone buys a copy from Amazon.com at the link noted and receives it, then send it to me, include return priority postage (a five dollar bill will do), and I’ll autograph it and mail it back to you.

I just found out today that my library already has this book on order! And I didn’t even have to request it or buy it for them! So kudos for my library!
