If you go back and timeline parts of the “Patty” footage and super it on top of this footage you can see pretty clearly that this clip is the “Patty” footage, although the featured YouTube video is somehow rescaled. I don’t own photoshop and do not have the necessary video equip to actually try to do a video super, but when looking at the two and mentally superimposing the one on top of the other that’s exactly what you get, but with lightened pelage.
Someone went to a whole lot of trouble to do this. The million dollar question is: WHY???? That’s very weird!

Nothing can be told from this video except:

a. It appears bipedal.
b. It appears apelike.

That’s it. Could be something unclassified, could be a guy in a suit. It’s not clear enough to tell.

If you read the description on youtube he says what he saw. It was a guy in a ghillie suit apparently.

Pretty amusing the way many people who might swear blind about the authenticity of the P.-G. footage see a man-in-a-suit in this clip.

Some observant commentators have already pointed out the splice- but the angle of the walk, the speed, the locomotion, the off transparency all make it rather obvious that that’s ‘Patty’ strolling through a new back-drop…

…yet THIS one is clearly a suit-squatch, while Patty was the real deal??? Hmmm. Makes you wonder… (at least, it *should*)

As much as I’d like to see a good video surface of Bigfoot, the “Ooops, oh yeah, forgot I filmed Bigfoot” story sounds like crap to me.

Not to mention this is the second bit of “evidence” I have seen recently, and both have been after the stores in my area put up their Halloween supplies. Which includes, a full body gorilla/bigfoot suit, complete with mask, gloves, and cheesy hair, that you can buy at my local Target for $79.99…

My first take on this was the same as Redrock. It looks like someone video shopped the Patty footage into a shot of a meadow. If you full screen the footage and pause it at the 1 sec. mark, there is a box around the figure that looks like evidence of shopping. Also, the figure never seems to “materialize” at any point it’s transparent.
