“bewhiskered animal having short forelegs and a long tail which curls at the end.” Couple things I’d like to understand (it’s too early to try right now), does bewhiskered animal just mean something with whiskers? And then I would also like to know if this is all there is for a description? So I take it has 4 legs? So it was a major mutt, most true mutts have major curl to their tale. The descriptions are too vague. Why even report it. “Officer, officer I saw an animal walking thru the woods.” The police officer would just nod his head and say, “good for you.” Specially if nothing “bad” happened during that time.
