Yeah, I think we're going to have to hold out for the 2 and a half minute full footage for whomever picks up the rights from CNN...

I am still waiting for the ABC footage of the Champlain critter to be released to somewhere too.

Crypt_Raider, in the first post that mentioned this video, the quote from Gordon Holmes says that he has more than two and a half minutes of footage.

Scottish television has only used 30 seconds of that.

I still *really* want to see more comments on this from all sorts of people -- video people as to whether this could be a set-up, more from Adrian Shine, and yes, more from Gordon Holmes, too.

Hmm, very interesting! I must say i got rather giddy when seeing this the first time, but after reviewing it several time it could just as easily (if not allot more likely) be a piece of equipment. After all the Man that recorded the footage was experimenting with recordings of the Loch, so it could have been a piece of equipment accidental/deliberately left in the water, that from the shore looked like the "Loch Ness Monster".

It was really clear. the water was clean and there was no fog. So I was wondering why the tape was so short. He had a full and clear view of the whole Loch, yet he didn't record it for more than 30 Seconds.

I would have been fully convinced if I was to see "Nessie" pop her head up for air, so that we could get a nice shot of the head.

Well this was a really fun Video to watch, probably the best I've seen! Though I will have to wait for more evidences before I make my final decision.
