This new animal discovery is from Goa (see map below). An intriguing other recent find there was of an ethnoknown cryptid said to be have been a “two-headed snake,” the Kadu.

Mmmm…

You know, the Grailer in me finds it interesting that this word “Kadu”, is so simmilar with the greek word of the ancient medical symbol of two confronting snakes, the Caduceus. I wonder if there’s any relationship between the two…

I love the idea of all these new species being discovered. Have all of you noticed all the new species discovered or rediscovered in just the last couple of months? Awesome!

These types of finds are a shot in the arm for all cryptozoologists!

This is very good news not only for finding a new species, but also for the environment. Indeed many amphibians are sensitive to pollution and changes to the ecosystem. They are sort of the equivalent to the canary in a cage for miners when it comes to gauging a healthy environment. Seeing this kind of biodiversity is exciting because we have this plethora of amphibian species as well as good reason to think that here is a place relatively unaffected by the pollution of man. Interesting article.
