Yeah, if everything was on the up-and-up there would be no problems. But not letting authorities have access and investigate the elephant’s enclosure (warehouse) and then having the body mysteriously disappear, raises huge red flags. Since it was a fatal accident (human and elephant) a thorough investigation needs to be conducted and determine if any actions by the Keeper or Owner, etc may have contributed to the end result of the fatal accident. If so, they should be prosecuted accordingly and the owner(s) held liable for damages to the bus company and the victims.

Wow, I was reading some of the older threads the other day, and even reading back through some of the comments, and this really made me think of the old “microscopic elephant in a teacup” debate from long ago between some of the members here. LOL.

I would have to guess that someone from the circus got rid of the elephant for whatever reason, to prevent someone from finding that the elephant had been abused, drugged, etc. Sad for the elephant. To much secrecy surrounding it demise.
