Sasquatch, The Legend of Bigfoot (1977) is best docu/drama. Nothing comes close in my opinion. The Mysterious Monsters (1974) and The Legend of Bigfoot (1976) featuring Ivan Marx are excellent in their own right.

Sasquatch Odyssey and Ancient Mysteries (not the version narrated by Nimoy), are tops in the modern era. (there are many excellent documentaries that were made from the mid 90's to the earlier part of this decade, (various Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, etc., that are too many to mention.)

I also very much enjoyed one documentary piece in which Henry Franzoni is featured playing a drum set out in the woods in the opening sequence! I just can't remember the title of that film.

The Legend of Boggy Creek, for me, does not fit into this list, because (1) it is classified as a fictional film (even though some people would have you believe it is a docudrama), and (2) it belongs to the Skunk Ape-Swamp Ape-Midwestern Monster list (not being specifically a Sasquatch-Bigfoot film).

I forgot a third one called "Man, Myth, Monster?" that shows various videos, & photos. It also has a section dealing with the likelihood that bigfoot exists & that tells of people living, undetected for years, in state parks. Another section tells of the coelecanth & the ivory-billed woodpecker. Both believed by science to be extinct, but since proven to still exist. It's interesting what is listed as "conclusive proof" that the ivory-billed woodpecker still exists.

Two of my favorites are:
1) "Bigfoot: Man or Beast?"
& 2) "Bigfootville"

"Bigfoot: Man or Beast?", for those who aren't familiar with it, is basically "In Search Of Bigfoot" (The documentary about Robert Morgan's '75 expedition into the Mt. St. Helens area) plus some other reports of sightings by Don & Annie Autry, Patty Carter, Myrtle Walton, & others. That section is hosted by J. English Smith. John Greene & Rene Dahinden also appear.

"Bigfootville" chronicles several reported Bigfoot sightings in southeastern Oklahoma. There is a short Bigfoot video in the beginning. Which, at first, looked fake to me. But the rest of the documentary has so much credible reports that I took another look at the bigfoot video & I'm not so sure it's fake. A section which covers an expedition into an area where there were sightings was very creepy. Especially when someone or something was seen rocking back & forth between two trees & then started hurling rocks at the expedition party.

I own and have watched the first three you list here. You are correct, and you have put them in the correct order of importance. Good job agreeing with me Loren!
