I AM BOB GIMLINS SON.

AS LONG AS MY FATHER HAS SPOKE ABOUT HIM & ROGER’S ADVENTURES THEY WERE ALWAYS TOLD TO ME AS REALITY. MY DAD STRONGLY BELIEVES WHAT THEY SAW.

I SPOKE WITH HIM BY PHONE JUST LAST NIGHT, HE SAID HE WAS FEELING GOOD, AND WARNED ME ABOUT MY HEALTH. HE SOUNDS HEALTHIER THAN ME.

SO FOR NOW YOU CAN ALL REST ASSURED THAT HE’S DOING GOOD.

I spoke to Bob at his home in Yakima on the 27th. He indicated that he had just had open heart surgery, but he was at home when I spoke to him. Either way, this guy seems tough as nails. Best wishes for a speedy and full recovery, Bob.

All of our thoughts are with Bob. He is definitely one of the kindest and most approachable guys that I have had the pleasure of meeting. He is also a very tough dude, having undergone many surgeries after being thrown from horses on different occasions.
