You ask what we were doing with our time. Well, we were defending the idea that Cryptomundo existed to the Scientific Internet Community. Despite all of our evidence which includes having Crytomundo sightings going back years, many references from other Sites to Cryptomundo, and mention of the site in books, the Scientific Internet Community wrote us off as whack jobs since there was no physical evidence in the form of a URL/Website body. All the evidence, including unique registered domain name, were written off as minor and it was stated that if Cryptomundo existed, why could we not provide one example of the website.

They denied the existence of Cryptomundo further by stating, "with so many people using the internet, why wouldn't at least one have hit Cryptomundo with a search engine and thus provided, the so called body/website needed for proof." Will we never have enough evidence to prove this site’s existence? Even when showed a web screen capture of the site, they argued that it was just some Yahoo pretending to be Cryptomundo (we won't go into one of our fellow Cryptomundoologist's idea that it in fact proved that Hackers had killed a whole family of Cryptomundo sites since the screen capture to him suggested that the site was acting slow, and there was a red tint to the bottom of the screen when he enhanced it). Still, infighting aside, we are left wondering, how much more evidence do we need. Until we put a computer with the Site/body of Cryptomundo loaded, right in front of the Scientific Internet Community, they will deny what we have seen is real. It was a long weekend for those of us who believe.

Good to see the site back up. This is one of the first sites I check up on, just to get the new scoop on the weird things in life.

Oh well, sometimes computers just get inexplicably hexed now and then... Is it possible this has something to do with all the lightning activity this year? Electrical storms are supposed to be at a high this year because of the 11-year sunspot cycle. But let's figure this out scietifically... we haven't heard much from Mothman lately - could he have done it? Or the Jersey devil? :) But seriously, it would be interesting to see if Agust 2nd was a particularly important date in cryptozoological or paranormal history - just in case...

I'm so glad it wasn't just my computer. Not being much of a computer guy, I couldn't figure out what was going on and thought that maybe I had a virus or something. That or my computer had achieved self awareness and begun to decide I had been spending too much time perusing the site. :)
