They just don’t make cryptoZ movies like they used to. I agree with Arkansan_88. The lurid pseudodocos we saw at the drive-ins are much better than the current straight to video swill. With nice scenery with the creepy and distant feels for the creature and its environs, they knew how to frighten kids long after they left the drive in, now convinced that THEY had something lurking in the woods behind the house. Gimme the scene where the Boggy Creek creature crashed the heavily armed “bunkin’ party” in the trailer over Lance Henrickson in “Sasquatch” anyday of the week. Those girls STILL scare the bejezus out of me as much as they did when I was seven. They just don’t make them like LoBC and “Sasquatch Legend of Bigfoot” anymore.

Sounds like the same kind of silly monster movie material that makes people write off the whole subject as juvenile fiction.

I hope Clawed is better than The Mothman Prophecies which was disappointing. The Legend of Boggy Creek was a good bigfoot movie. Maybe we will finally have another good crypto movie to sit back and watch.

I will wait for it’s dvd release and see. C’mon- like biggie needs some snot nosed high schoolers to protect him? I think not. I hope Biggie kills one of the kiddies at the very least. The Bigs can take care of themselves.
