I've looked forward to this ever since it was announced, but I'm not going to be able to attend. I've just had unexpected major surgery and I can't travel safely yet. What a bummer. On top of that my mother is very ill right now, hospitalized for cancer treatments, so I'll have to miss this. Oh well; I'll certainly follow it online. It's sure to be lively. One good thing that may come of the recent hoax: maybe national media coverage will be present for the panel discussion. (There's sure to be some local coverage of the event by Lexington stations, but who knows how responsible that will be. Most Bigfoot stories done by local news are "tongue-in-cheek, rather than serious news reporting.)
