Seems to me that Biscardi should be more worried about being litigated against for his involvement than trying to litigate just to salvage his rotten reputation.

I’m with ‘Artist’–let’s move on and quit giving this more attention than it should have gotten in the first place.

If you want to hear Roger P., one of T.B.’s own followers, talk about how the tracks were faked at the expedition at Pat Mayes Lake in Paris, Texas, in March/April 2007, and how T.B. was so mad he wanted to take T.J.’s AK-47 and just spray the woods AND LISTEN to T.B.’s own voice putting down people who works at low paying jobs and those who are not as fortunate as he is (monetary wise), calling them “toothless,” “broke back MF’ers” and how he is the only one people call when they want something done because he is Tom Biscardi. Everyone seems to forget that TB said that the freezer had broken down and that he saw the thawed-out body and even took measurements. He even went so far as to say that he measured the feet! The same rubber feet that supposedly were the first indicator that something was amiss!
I disagree with others here that we should just ‘move on’. These people need to be prosecuted and WE, the people that enjoy the fruits of so many honest researchers work, should make our voices heard to any prosecuter that takes this mess on. If we don’t, it’ll be open season for any and all dirtbags like these guys to go on perpetrating similar hoaxes, drawing attention away from serious, hard-working researchers that have sacrificed so much and stood up against the skeptics and ridicule.
Kudos to Cryptomundo.com for having a hype-free, user-friendly website as opposed to TB’s website that looks like a train-wreck, and a circus train, at that. The carnival colors and flashy BS assault on the eyes that is TB’s website fits his over-the-top sideshow, huster personality.

Mr. Biscardi had his photograph taken next to the freezer standing between the two men who were his partners. Having had a very “limited” experience with Biscardi and his “team”, and after surviving his attempt of spreading misinformation about his live capture hunt in March of 2007, I’d say he got what he deserved; but as hard as it is to believe, he does have many blind followers who will believe anything he says.

This just in. Carmine T. Biscardi and the latex Bigfoot are now headlining in Las Vegas. They’re recieving rave reviews with their re-enactment of “Puttin’ on the Ritz” from Young Frankenstein! Seriously though, there’s more to these frauds than meets the eye. If Biscardi lied to the world about the reality of this sham, than what better way for a man with no scruples to once again try to lie his way out of it. What (almost) amazes me is that, once again, he’s claiming “victim status”.

Biscardi’s reputation is in shambles. So no, I don’t think he can litigate.

TB WAS in a picture with the thawed Costume.
TB DID SAY It’s as real as you standing there”
TB DID say it was 7′7″, gave measurements of feet and hands.
TB DID say he “touched’, “prodded” it.

TB WAS involved in the hoax from the start.
The internet doesn’t lie, all these thing and the times they were said
is now ‘part of his permanent record’.

The lawyer who says they don’t have a case makes me wonder if maybe this does go to court, will Biscardi have to fight in the court that Sasquatch as a real animal is plausible, thus perhaps gaining a legal position on Sasquatch? Just a thought.

However I agree that they should all do jail time.

The silver lining to this is that Biscardi, Kulls et al are now fully exposed as opportunist raconteurs who have zero credibility and have hopefully self-destructed their affiliation with everyone’s favorite hairy hominid.
