My opinion is that the artwork of killers, etc., only really is of value to mental health, educational and law enforcement professionals. For the layman, it is little more than a curiousity, with no real gain. I believe public display only really plays to the narcissism of the criminal.

I have worked with two serial killers, murderers and other serious offenders. I know how these men think and manipulate. Some have artistic talent but when their art is viewed through the eyes of the victims and their families it becomes disgusting. I only use their art to understand what is going on in their mind and this is only what it should be used for. The money and “fame” they receive does not go to pay restitution to the victims or families of victims. The attention is used to make the public forget about their heinous acts and create sympathy for them. Please don’t show this art. If one you loved had been raped and mutilated would you want the offender to recieve this type of attention?

I can’t see how “Bigfoot is part of the fabric of our culture” if this were the case then it would be everywhere in American like the Japanese are obsessed with commercialization of the Kappa.

Anyone can claim to have seen bigfoot, do some art, make up a story. There are numerous television shows and books written about bigfoot and other anomalous animals. Prisoners have full access to any literature they choose.

Seems to me it is just a murderer getting what he wants, attention.
