Right behind these people. More power to them. How DARE anyone tell anybody else what they can and can’t read??!

Does anybody know if there is a similar sort of ban in this country (UK)?

It is very troublesome that some people try to tell us what is proper reading and/or proper knowledge. It seems to me that the USA has a problem with distribution of cultural capital and not only problems with economic distribution.

I feel very sorry for all of you who are affected in one way or another by this “stupidity”.

Hurray for Banned Book Week! Not only for your publicity, Loren but because it is kind of a comparison to cryptozoology.

Everyboy wants to read it because it’s not normal or controversial, and few people want/can to belive it.

The only reason I can think of why someone would want to burn that book is because Loren Coleman suggests that “Bigfoots” might be hominids…If someone believed that humans are the only hominids, it would make sense why they would oppose it. My personal convictions aside, I found “Bigfoot! The True Story of Apes in America” to be very informational, and filled with convincing evidence.
