Love Hammer's Abominable Snowman. Lots of atmosphere and very well done considering the budget, as was much of Hammer's output during that period. Can't go wrong with peter Cushing either.

The 'reboot' sounds intriguing. Can't wait.

Cool! I hope they do it justice. I know it wasn't a Hammer film but I'd like them to do a remake of The Crawling Eye; another atmospheric moody film with Forrest Tucker set in the Alps.

I'm hoping that the Hammer remake actually happens, and I'm also hoping that they don't ruin it with a lot of over the top gore like Carpenter did with "The Thing". James Arness in a not very realistic monster suit (even though I'm pretty sure that the cast of "Finding Bigfoot" would still take him as for squatch) was creepier than a team of exploding huskies.
