Bob K. I don't see why he wouldn't sign a book for you. As long as it isn't interfering with anything. I'm really not a gambling man, but I bet he would be happy to do so.

I spoke with the program organizer in regards to your question, Bob K., and she says that Bob Gimlin isn't going to have a formal program. He'll be visiting with people and answering questions- I can't speak to the autographs but thus far, I've always found the Sasquatch community to be some of the most open, wonderful people I've had the pleasure of working with.

We're hoping to add an additional speaker as well who will focus on the film but I don't have details on that yet. I try to update Cryptomundo on all the programming with the exhibit though- this is one of my favorite websites. ;)

I'd like to be there too. I think few of us consider the price people sometimes pay for evidence they present or advocacy they maintain for Bigfoot's existance. What has happened to Meldrum and Krantz before him at the hands of their lesser known colleagues, is disgraceful. And we all know how filming Patty has almost ruined Bob Gimlin's life. With all repect to the brave souls out in the field doing the searching, I doubt any sasquatch will ever be found as a result of anyones expedition. These will continue to result in inconclusive, unresolved pseudo adventures on basic cable networks. This just seems like busy work to me. One or two people alone for an extended time in a region claimed as the territory of a sasquatch, may have an encounter. Otherwise, I think the only thing that will suceed are camera traps left near game trails and water sources for years at a time.

God willing, I'll be there. It should be a little less than 1 1/2 hours from where I live in the Lower Columbia area to get there, and I'm quite stoked about meeting Bob Gimlin. Would Craig-or anyone-know if Mr. Gimlin would chat for a short while, perhaps even autograph a book?

The only thing that's kept me believing in bigfoot is the Paterson film. I can't see how that could be a costume back in 67 which by the way happened on my birthday.

I wonder if Rick Noll is planning any expeditions in this area in 08? And if he might need an extra hand. A trail grunt even. It would be my pleasure to lend a helping hand in the bush.

Very kool. Thanks for the heads up Craig. I for one will be there. As long as we don't have to work on that Saturday.

Man, this is totally awesome news. I am stoked, and now I can't wait for Jan. 26th. This is where I met Jeff Meldrum, Peter Byrne & Bob Pyle. I knew only good things would come from this exhibit. A chance to meet Bob Gimlin is just awesome. And meeting Rick Noll will be just as kool. thanks again for the heads up Craig.
