Hi, yes I have found more tracks in there, just last week I found 16 inch tracks in the creek bed. How to put pictures on here, I have lots of pics, and that morning I was growled at from behind and it went right threw my body and down the valley. Scared me so I jumped in my truck and almost left. It was a deep growl, and not a bear, and it was meant for me. I was the first one in the park that morning, there is something going on in there and I told some investigators about my tracks and what else I have seen and heard, but they don't seem interested enough. If I were an investigator I would be in there so fast and checking this out, I have decided to do it myself with a friend of mine. I will never hike in there alone, and wont take my son in there anymore.

Hi MBFH, I have found other tracks in there, just last week I found 16 inch tracks, in the sandy creek bed, next to the creek, can some one tell me how to put pictures on here, also the same morning I was the only one in the park, and while tying my boots up, I was growled at from behind and it was deep and went right threw my body, and down the valley, and this was not a bear, I got back in my truck and almost left, If I were a sasquatch investigator, I would be in this park right away, I have told some but they dont seem to interested, I have hiked in there for 30 years, and now I notice all these new smells and other things, the sasquatch I saw last year was about 18 kl in the bush from the start of the park not 8kl, I will never hike in there alone again, or take my son in there hiking anymore.

hiker11 - thanks for the response. Have you ever seen any other tracks in that area?

John - do you think it's worth putting hiker11's response as part of a new thread, as this one is now realtively old in the fast moving world of Cryptomundo, and many people could now miss it?

Hi, I just found out about this site from a friend. I am the one who found those tracks in the snow. Thanks John Kirk for putting this on. Those tracks are not made by a jogger, the road was all ice, and minus 2. I couldn't walk on the road only on the side. Also the park was closed for 2 months. The Italian guy spoke English, and he said he came back because his dog was scared around those tracks. The tracks were only a few hours old I would say. I have been hiking in there for 30 years, and have tracked deer, bear, and other animals, over the years, and those tracks are from none of those. I have lots of pics, and the tracks were 14 inches long and about 5 feet apart, they left the road and went into the bush. I left very fast while taking pictures, because I heard very heavy feet in the bush behind me, and knew I was been watched, and never felt like that in all my hiking days.

Wonder what the sas was thinking while he watched the guy taking those photos?

Some of the pictures on the road with the light dusting of snow might have had another track on the snow-less tire tracks... in between them, but this wouldn't answer the question if the track way continued into the woods at the same straddle and stride or step.

Hopefully the area will be monitored more in the future. It could be something...

still not really convinced by this-

so the italian guy suggests to the witness that the footprints were made by the baboonsquatch. Are we to take it from this that the italian guy saw the footprints being made by the beastie, or was that just what he guessed? Unless its the first then we can't really use that as any kind of evidence- one persons guess (joke?) can't be used to support our guess.

As for the stride length etc, i've always thought that the fact that the prints run parallel to a tire track (at least as far as can be seen from the photo) at least suggests the possibility that someone could have walked along that track (thus not leaving their own footprints) and plonked down a bf footprint every few feet.
In fact, my bet is that it is still a jogger (maybe he crossed the road to find a tree to pee behind).

However, the actual sighting report is much more interesting.
