The author is a missionary whose only other book for sale at Amazon is a tabular presentation of the words of Christ as taken from the King James Bible “with the help of divine guidance and study books.” I strongly suspect this will turn out to be about how “Mothman is a deceit of the Devil”, along lines similar to those used wrt space aliens.

It is not clear whether Mothman should be considered a cryptid in the same sense as Mokele-mbembe. This book is likely to be in the “not a cryptid” camp.
