Please be careful though. There are a lot of things in the woods that we DO know exist and might be a whole lot more dangerous to you than Bigfoot.

I hope he finds what he’s looking for. I think we all do.

Really really like the idea of using a dna gun; had no idea there was such a thing.

I think he will find lots of support and will get offers of help if he lets people know what areas he is headed.

Seriously, I’m just jealous of Jason having the time and wherewithal to do it. Good luck, mate!

Incidentally, when I look at maps (eg TerraServer) to look at the lie of the land in BF reports, it is surprising how often there is a power sub-station near to the location of the sighting.

Could be coincidence I suppose.

Though he sounds a bit obsessed, at least Jason is DOING something. This is the first I’ve ever heard of a “DNA gun” though–if such a thing exists and is actually effective, it could answer the whole camera vs carcass debate that we sasquatch seekers never seem to tire of. Best of luck to you!

I wish you luck. It seems like a majority of the sightings I’ve read about come from people driving at night. Ever thought of installing a cam on the front of your truck to capture an image while in transit? Nonetheless, I’m keeping my fingers crossed for you.
