Yeah I liked this episode but I still like the giant squid episode much better. They got some hard video evidence.

It was good to see something from my neck of the woods. When “The Legend of Boggy Creek” came out, I was but a lad of 12 or 13, and it immediately made an impact and I have been interested in the possibility of bigfoot type creatures since.

Of course there was a lack of concrete evidence (as usual) but it was entertaining anyway.

I made a trip out to the infamous Boggy Creek 3 years or so ago. Sadly, there’s nothing left there of note but a store selling souvenirs.

Whatever was there (and I wholeheartedly believe the reports) has of course since died or moved on.

I have been a fan of ” The Legend of Boggy Creek” since I was a kid. I’m glad to see Monsterquest dedicate a whole episode to the Fouke Monster. I did notice that they did not once call it the Fouke Monster. Did somebody copyright “The Fouke Monster? I’m also glad to see investigators are still on its tail. Actually I jealous that I couldn’t be out there with them. I hope they do a part 2. Did anybody put two things together about the Fouke Monster and the Honey Island Swamp Monster. 1-Both have been reported to have three toes. 2- Both have been reported by gentlelmen with the same last name “Ford”.

Definitely improved over last year. It held my interest and the biggest factor is I didn’t doze off while watching.

I can still remember attending the drive in movie in 71′ or 72′. My buddy and I would get in our sleeping bags up under the front end of his fathers pickup with just our shoulders and heads peeking out, the engine heat keeping us warm in the cold NEPA August night air. We jumped more than once during that movie and kept an eye on the tree line as the drive in was surrounded by the Allegheny national forest. Those memories just flooded back as I watch MQ and I enjoyed it.

MQ, you are getting better.
