On the rear of the foot about 2-3 inches up is what looks to be a small round artificial object, like a push pin or some sort of clamp with a thin rod passing through it. Also where the rear left foot touches the ground there appears to be a lot of straight lines and some of the grass has a clipped off square look. I would also mention again the light white lines on the lower thigh area or each leg that suggest a seam or zipper. Could the reason that this is a B&W image be that a color photo would scream fake?
