Nice article and treating the subject with the respect it deserves, for once. I enjoyed reading it and I wish Mr. Raygoza every success in his Quest to prove the existance of Bigfoot! :)

And I meant "scoftical." (two f's?)

Although they do seem soft somewhere. And it's not their poop.

What is a Raygoza?

Well, I only have a photo and a couple of anecdotes, and we all know about those.

But the photo is clear enough to speculate: primate, probably a member of the ape clade.

I'd like to see tracks and poop. Until then I'm reserving judgment on this one.

Those skeptics in that story up there? Sheesh. Who knows what they could be.

Could someone ask that guy: without proof of the animal that made it, and the connection of repeated finds to that known animal, how could you know it was bigfoot poop? Do I need to encapsulate the softical mentality in fewer words?

Sorry. :-D

Being an educator myself (Biology) and an occasional researcher, I thought this story was pretty cool. All of the research I have done is on known animals, and this article really got me to thinking how nice it would be to be able to go out and pursue cryptids in addition to my real work. I can also relate to his not bringing his hobby up at school. I too don't really bring up cryptozoology with my students, but I think they maybe suspect since I've been known to go on about previously thought to be extinct species still surviving. Considering the somewhat similar nature of this man's situation to my own, this is a very interesting story for me. Hopefully his school won't get on his case about it.

I had to hit my forehead against my keyboard a couple of times when I read the part about "Bigfoot poop." Of all the things and reasons that could be discussed on whether or not sasquatch exists, lack of poop is the best this guy could do? Please.
