This is not the only movie being made on the Honey Island swamp monster, just go to americanmonsters.com and you can see for yourself. This was pretty funny if you ask me. I especially loved the “chirping” noise before the sighting!

Clearly a staged set up.

I’ve acted and produced professionally. These people are too polished for reality. They speak perfectly clearly and annunciate perfectly, they are spotlessly clean, they are too darned attractive and they seem to fight to be included in the shot when non-actors generally shy away from the camera. Whenever I watch one of these ‘accidental encounter’ shots, that’s the kind of thing I’m looking for.

The acting was believable. It is going to be harder to catch fakes because of this. Not the critter, the people and the filming techniques.

It’s a thing for a movie called Labou or something to that effect. It has been around for a while, and I really wish that it would disappear. My state’s most famous cryptid gives me pride, but this video gives me shame.
