The problem here is that it will have to be flown quietly and aggressively. How aggresive are you going to be with a multi-$100k toy? Also to track squatch they’ll need to be able to listen and follow by sound. That might be tricky working from a console in a van somewhere. One solution is a pilot, but that ain’t gonna happen legally and the characters needed will not be found growing on trees. The airships will also need some fairly innovative maneuvering, visibility and mooring features… Nothing too spectacular, but we’re definitely not seeing it here.

Unfortunately, the guys who can actually do stuff, don’t usually hang out with the people that talk good lines and get a lot of money thrown at them. None the less, this looks fun and I wish them the best. It will be an interesting piece of our history.

That could have been paid for long ago, but for multitudinous worthless things on which the society has been spending trillions. This is worthwhile.

Perhaps they could defray some of the expense by selling advertising on the sides of the blimp? Outdoor gear would be a good fit.
