Bobby Clarke’s Manitoba Bigfoot Video

Posted by: Craig Woolheater on March 27th, 2007

John mentioned earlier today about a new Bigfoot documentary about Bobby Clarke and his video of the Manitoba Bigfoot.

The documentary is entitled There’s Something Out There: A Bigfoot Encounter and so is John’s post here on Cryptomundo.

Here is the video, shot on April 22, 2005.

Correction: The video was shot on April 16, 2005. The story about the video broke on April 22, 2005.

hey everyone wow this sounds like a very interesting new bigfoot documemtary will it be shown in usa as well i hope it sounds very interesting indeed. please keep me posted. is there a way to watch this new documentary online . thanks bill :)

  2. DWA responds:

Well, there it is. No doubt about it in my mind.

    Finally. No question.

The most brouhaha for the least sasquatch I am aware of.

    What possesses people?

If it’s no good, um, hang onto it, K pal?

  3. Sharm responds:

The video says April 16, not April 22.

  4. hlw responds:

If that video warrants a documentary, Roger Patterson should have gotten his own network.

  5. Bob Michaels responds:

I think I saw this about 2 yrs ago. It’s not very clear, it’s not meant to be.

Why not dart it, not kill the animal?

That’s the major problem I have with all these alleged BigFoot Videos.

  6. harlequin responds:

I’ve been reading the site for a while without commenting, but I had to register so I could make this comment.

This is, without a doubt, the least compelling or helpful footage I have ever seen. It’s a Blobsquatch, if it’s anything at all besides a great big ugly, uninteresting blur. They’re making a TV special about it? There are way more informative, compelling videos out there, and I can’t see how this one accomplishes much of anything.

That having been said, it’s obviously just swamp gas.

  7. Craig Woolheater responds:

    Sharm,

Correct, the video was shot on April 16. The story about the video broke on April 22.

  8. Rillo777 responds:

    WOW! NOW THAT’S ENTERTAINMENT!!

Blobsquatch bobbing and weaving along side the road! Move over over Michael Jackson!

Seriously though, I will be glad when they finally figure out how to put a focus ring on those video cameras!

  9. DWA responds:

    Know what I say?

They got the wrong Manitoba video is what I say.

Somebody get up to Peguis and knock on Doug Thomas’s door with a tape measure.

  10. squatchwatcher responds:

Yeah, how did this blurry image warrant its own documentary? The one shot by Mr. Thomas is way more clear! How can anybody tell if that’s even a squatch? It’s so blurry, I’m not saying it’s not, I’m just saying.

  11. harleyb responds:

Looks like Mr. Blobsquatch strikes again, looking thinner.

  12. Gihdora responds:

You’d think a professional photographer/videographer would see a Sasquatch eventually

  13. JackSparrow responds:

Just a few handy hints when shooting a cryptid video: try and stay as far away as possible from the subject, shake or jump up and down when shooting it, try not to focus the camera but try not to look like you aren’t, when you report or post the video make sure you say sasquatch or bigfoot as many times as you can, don’t mention what the cryptid was doing before you started filming or why you stopped filming. Sorry to prattle on, but why do people say these videos could be, might be, I thought was or is it? When it could be my brother having a leak behind a tree. To coin an Aussie phrase “pretty useless”.

  14. MMTHPOOLGHSTCMPR responds:

I agree with hlw, this was a black blur of anything, take your pick.

  15. elsanto responds:

There’s a rational explanation for all this:

It was a slow news week at “A Current Affair.”

    Just my two cents.

  16. calash responds:

Nothing. If there was a word to describe less then nothing then this video would be that word to the 10th power. A waste of the electrons flowing from the battery that powered the camera. I kept saying “Please focus!!
I don’t want to discourage sincere people from posting there best efforts, even if unclear, but you have to have something to show.
    Sorry for the rant.
    Regards”

  17. mystery_man responds:

I don’t want to get on here and trash the video, so I will be nice and say that I cannot see anything there that would lead someone viewing this to think this is a sasquatch. I will give some credit to the videographer’s testimony and say that it could have been something worthwhile that he saw, but this video doesn’t show it. If he really did see a Bigfoot, this clip does not back his claim up at all and is very inconclusive in my opinion.

  18. bukko responds:

I agree with everybody, that’s a pretty lame video. I like the Freeman video. That’s one crazy lookin’ Bigfoot! I’m serious. I wouldn’t want to come across that Bigfoot. This video could be anything or nothing. But I don’t have to tell you folks that. Someday we’ll have it…just not right now.

  19. ladd responds:

Need to bring back the Cine-Kodak K-100 movie camera of P-G BF film footage fame. Still the best.

  20. kamoeba responds:

    Pixelsquatch

  21. jamesrav responds:

I recall the Current Affair footage being clearer than this, i wonder if they did a little ‘enhancement’ on it. Once you go down that road, anything is possible, the Nessie ‘flipper’ photos being a good example of changing nothing into something.

  22. springheeledjack responds:

We have GOT to start arming people and campers with GOOD equipment and training them how to use the stuff so we can get something better than blobsquatches!

  23. catvmex responds:

Am I the only one that can see nothing?
