Well respected in your field? By who? Dude, you would find Bigfoot in a crowded mall photo. Yes I do believe in Bigfoot and yes this is quite interesting footage. IRREFUTABLE ? Patterson Gimlin is the closest to irrefutable you will find to date. Especially the cleaned up Hi-Def. footage that American Paranormal reshot. Next I would say the Freeman film. This couldn’t hold any of their jock straps. Quit thinking so highly of yourself.

What was Bigfoot doing with an iPhone?
The film is so indistinct it is not going to convince anyone and all the waffle about press conferences and something better to come sounds like fluff.
I hope I’m wrong and there is something wonderful to come but I doubt it very much.

-Anonymous filmmaker intentionally obfuscating “evidence” for reasons known only to him. Check.

-Proven marketing tactic of releasing “teaser” footage and holding back supposed better footage. Check.

-Grandiose promises that this is “The Big One”. Check.

-Press conference TBD. I mean, hey what’s the big rush with revealing “Irrefutable Historical Evidence of the existence of Sasquatch”. Check.

-Zero science & investigation applied so far. Check.

Yep, confirms on all points as…much ado about nothing.

I was wondering the same thing Chalupacabra. Sounds like one of those classic misdirection answers so that when/if it is proven to be a hoax this person can say “I never said it wasn’t”.

I’m not judging this video and story on what is being promised at a future date, but by what I saw on that video. Which was pretty much nothing. So for now I don’t take any of this as any kind of proof. So far this is classic dicey looking blobsquatch footage and nothing else, in my opinion.

2:42 is probably the most revealing frame.

The slope of the back makes the figure look similar to other Bigfoot images.

The head looks rather grotesque. Short neck, hair around the neck and on the side(s) up to the eye level but absent from the face and the sculp, big eye cavities or sunglasses, wide and thick mouth like that of a clown.

I see eye scrunching but no coned head.

Interesting footage but, of course, hoax or other explanation can’t be ruled out.
