Meldrum was very down-to-earth, patient, and gracious with people's questions. He announced an upcoming project he's working on which will give the public free online access to digitally archived bigfoot track castings in a laser-scanned, 3D, hi-res, 360 degree format, allowing detailed examination of the casts from any angle, including movable light source which allows illumination and observation of the peaks, crevasses, and shadows of the casts from all angles. He showed a sample projected from his laptop. It looked incredible. Also at the presentation was a silent auction of several individual casts, including Krantz's famous "cripple cast", and the stunning "1982 Grays Harbor Casting". Interestingly, Beckjord made an appearance and set up across the hall with his own "evidence", including a videotape of an alleged sasquatch peaking its head out of a large barrel or pipe lying on the ground and captured unwittingly by random video shot at quite a distance away.
