I am also a BIG BIG SASQUATCH fan of any type and this is, maybe as cheesy and campy as it's going to get, it is also a firm and rather serious horror film! PROPS to everyone who worked on it and starred in it! Abominable is AS GOOD as JAWS, in its own humble right. I totally admire the way Schifrin approached this subject honestly and with a wide-eyed ambition! GO SEE IT! If you already haven't.
